Overview
VitaDog makes high-quality supplements for dogs. The kind that are backed by science, packaged with taste, and made by people who actually care about the health of your pup. From the start, they knew they weren’t building a gimmick. They were building something lasting.
We came in early, before the store, before the shoot, before anything existed in the wild. Which meant we could shape the whole thing, top to bottom, with intention.
This is what happens when brand, design, and content all speak the same language.
The Problem
VitaDog had a great product. But no digital home.
They needed a Shopify site that felt as premium as their formula. They also needed photography, video, and visual storytelling that could carry the brand (not just show the product).
Everything had to feel elevated, but approachable. Scientific, but not sterile. Friendly, but never cheap.
They weren’t just selling dog supplements. They were introducing a new standard.
The Solution
We built the brand’s digital foundation: a fully custom Shopify storefront, complete with a clean Recharge integration to make subscriptions feel effortless.
But we didn’t stop at the site.
We art directed and executed an on-location shoot with models, dogs, and custom setups that matched the tone of the brand. We created high-quality product photography, stop-motion videos, and a full library of assets the team could use across channels.
What made it special was the control. Because we handled the full system (design, content, and development) everything was purpose-built to work together. Nothing felt pasted in. Every frame had a job.
The mobile experience focuses on the simplest customer journey leading customers to a recurring subscription.
The Results
The result is one of the most visually cohesive experiences we’ve ever made in such a short turnaround.
